I am not sure about the number of agencies in this world who are collecting tips while providing related gas to home/hotels.
Following things used to happen:
01. Agency ABCDEFGHI informing their employees to collect tips when serving the gas to customers.
02. Those employees obtaining salary only from tips.
03. ABCDEFGHI informing their government about employee salary and shaving money for their future(business people).

01. After my marriage (12 years ago) I used to obtain LPG/Bharatpe gas from my uncle's house. 02. I used to pay money to my uncle, provider obtaining money from my uncle.
03. I used to carry gas cylinder from uncle's house to my rental house(different rental houses for last 12 years without obtaining any tips).
04. Few days before Tue 03-Nov-2020 IST, I have changed gas booking address to my rental house address(including related proof).
05. Informed my (good) agency on call => I will stop providing tips.
06. Provider(employee) came to my rental house on Tue 03-Nov-2020 IST.

Provider:Yes for delivery. |
Myself: Reason? |
Provider:where are you staying? | |
Myself: 2nd floor? |
Provider:to carry the cylinder to 2nd floor, you need to provide 40.00 INR. |
Myself: Not required, I will carry that from ground floor to 2nd floor myself(since I was carrying from my uncle's house myself for last 12 years). |
Provider:to carry empty cylinder, I will come to 2nd floor. |
Myself: Please wait here, I will carry that from 2nd floor.

07. After that I returned empty cylinder and carried new cylinder myself.
08. I have seen "no tips" releated(different news) from Indian express on Mon 09-Nov-2020 IST

09. I Ordered backup cylinder before Sat 07-Nov-2020 IST. Provider provided LPG gas cylinder on Sat 07-Nov-2020 IST without TIPS :)
10. DO NOT PAY GAS PAYMENT USING ONLINE/MOBILE APPS WHO ARE ASKING EXTRA INR/DOLLAR/CENTS/POINTS/... EXTRA.
11. If you are Indians, pay using IPPB(post office) => zero paisa extra :).
12. I am not sure about other countries, use related apps/office to prevent wasting our money.
